Acceptance of Affiliate Agreement
The "Affiliate Agreement" is between Miriadz.com and you the "Affiliate". The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. By signing up for our affiliate program you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Affiliate Agreement please do not sign up. By joining our Affiliate program you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Miriadz.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without notice and may do so for any breach of this Agreement. Terminated affiliate accounts will receive written notification.

Eligibility To The Affiliate Program Is For 18+
Only individuals who are at least 18 years old are eligible to join our affiliate program. There is no "exclusivity clause", affiliates are free to join other programs as well as our own.

Affiliate Contact
All affiliates are requested to provide accurate contact details such as email address, name, address and payment details. This information is used solely to provide your with links and tools to promote your affiliate links and to pay you for your referrals. From time to time affiliates will receive important updates, amendments, promotions or information relevant to the affiliate program.

It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that the details submitted on the sign up form is accurate and correct. No liability or consequential damages will be assumed for losses due to inaccuracies of your personal data, or failure to provide valid contact information. Affiliate can amend their contact details/profile by logging into their account at any time.

Affiliate Links
Affiliates are permitted to add as many referral links to Miriadz.com affiliate product as they wish, or remove referral links at their discretion, without prior approval. Affiliate can use the affiliate tools provided and may edit or create their own ads at their own discretion. Do not make bold claims which you cannot substantiate or inflated promises.

We advise you to purchase your own copy of our products to make an informed endorsement. Purchase of our products is NOT a pre-requisite for enrollment in to the Miriadz.com affiliate program.

Referrals
Affiliates will receive the qualifying referral fee, 40% for each sale. Products to promote are:

Refunds/Cancellations/Disputes The total referral sales received from an affiliate will be subject to deduction of any refunds and cancelled orders or disputes. Deductions resulting from refunded and cancelled orders will be deducted from the total of the affiliates sales due or from the next monthly payment schedule.

Payment of Commission
Affiliate commission is paid once per month by PayPal or Check in GBP and shortly to include USD Check if there is sufficient demand and we can meet your needs. Once you have accumulated a minimum of $50 in your account. Normally 28th or within the last week of the month.

Tracking Referrals
Referrals are tracked using "cookies" which are set to last one year [365 days].

Earnings Disclaimer
Any examples or representations of earnings are estimates and is in no way a guarantee of your own earning. Every effort is made to represent accurate information but due to the fact that not everyone will earn the same level of earnings. Order Processing
All sales will be processed by Miriadz.com. No affiliate may accept or offer sale of any Miriadz.com affiliate products, or other products. This is illegal and all violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Miriadz.com reserves the right to terminate your membership in the affiliate program account and any payments. Any affiliate who willfully violates this policy will forfeit their affiliate account and any payment.

Promotion & Advertising
Affiliates are encouraged to market their referral links in an acceptable methods as outlined in your welcome email letter. Affiliates will receive his welcome email letter after submitting the sign up form. Acceptable methods to promote referral links include, but are not limited to, banners, text links, ezine ads, permission based email marketing.

Spam Collection of email addresses, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and any use of unsolicited commercial email unsolicited commercial email (UCE) and Spam in any form, including the use of automated email extraction software, or by any other means. These practices are illegal and is not to be used to promote products and services through our affiliate program.

Promote to double opt-in subscriber list only with their name, email address and proof of opt-in: IP address, date of subscription. If you are unsure please contact us prior to sending out a mailing.

We do NOT allow any mailings sending of bulk emails or "Spam" to promote our products -- no exceptions. We do NOT allow our affiliates to rent or purchase "email lists" to promote our products. These lists do not know you or your intentions and we do not want any Spam complaints as a result. The only "email" advertising we allow are your existing "ezine/newsletter" or current customer downline. Failure to comply with Spam regulations will result in forfeit of all commissions.

Predatory Advertising
The use of predatory advertising methods is strictly prohibited. Predatory advertising uses unethical methods to change links and banners on Internet sites without prior consultation or agreement with the web site owner. Including IP automated software used to send unsolicited Windows pop up ads to a user's PC over the Internet. Any affiliate found to be using prohibited advertising methods will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate agreement.

Fraud Policy
It is a criminal offence to use stolen credit cards or other stolen payment details fro the purpose or falsifying an order or to claim commissions from sales. All violator will have their affiliate accounts terminated and reported to the appropriate legal authorities. All other fraudulent transactions suspected or reported will also be thoroughly investigated. Miriadz.com reserves the right to use your name and personally identifiable information to combat fraud and enforce criminal penalties. Miriadz.com will work with legal authorities, government bodies, online payment processors and others to seek any losses, claims and damages arising from any fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability
Miriadz.com will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Affiliate Agreement. Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes To This Affiliate Agreement
Miriadz.com reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued enrollment in our affiliate program will mean that you accept these changes. All affiliates are required to receive important updates and information to the email address you have provided upon sign up. It is your responsibility to keep your details we have on file up to date.

Governing Law
This policy and the use of this Site are governed by English law in the United Kingdom. his Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
