Blogging can be your passion for sharing your thoughts and passion online as a hobby. But why stop there when you can blog for cash. By know we all know how widely popular blogs have become now with many people either setting up stand alone blogs or turning their entire sites into blogs.
I am very happy when I see my own archived posts featured in the top 10 search engine positions and can certainly state that the blogging phenomenon rocks.
Blogs are easy to maintain and add content to and most of all the search engines love them.
So why stop at using your blog as a pastime or hobby when you can earn a good living online with them.
If you are skeptical read this case study of how much cash can be made from blogging. I must not forget the young guns of blogging who making a living from blogging over at Mobile Tracker. This blog was created by an 18 year old guy from the UK who raked in a comfortable $50k last year. By now I would anticipate that annual profits have risen considerably due to growing publicity and interest from advertisers.
Just think about it, you don’t even need to understand search engine optimization to use blogs. For instance if you use the popular WordPress blog platform with it’s countless plugins for sitemaps, keywords, tags and more you have everything installed and ready to go. Your only job thereafter is to add your posts and voila!
Your search engines are automatically alerted to your new content.
Some people are clearly earning a small fortune online. Just think of the many others who prefer to work under the radar, quietly earning their profits without going public about their earnings!
