Ecards also work in a similar way to the Tell-a-Friend script. Both work on the principle whereby visitors tell their friends about your site through a selection of images with text greetings. Some have animated images, music and sound.

    The same strategy as listed above however in this case, you’ re dealing in sheer volume. This is more effective than sending out individual emails but also carries a huge price.     Hi there,

    The BEST choice is to use a third party ecard service rather than install a script on your server.

    They will take care of all ecard requests through their own servers and you can offer a safe way for visitors to send and receive ecards without using your own server. This avoiding Spam complaints and delivery problems.
