If you decide to add a selection of bonuses to your product then make sure they are relevant to your product and compliment your product. Avoid using randomly selected ebooks and software.
A good idea is to offer an additional service that compliments your original offer. For example you are offering ‘Private Label Articles’ you could add ‘Article Submission Software’ and ‘Keyword Lists’. Both are in direct relation to your product and are of genuine use and benefit to your customers. You may need to test different bonus items to test sales results. But generally if your main product is of value to potential buyers then they will seldom be too concerned with the bonuses.
One type of sale which attracts people with bonuses is those Amazon book launches you may have seen from time to time. On these occasions the power of the long inventory of bonus items are so enticing that it is virtually impossible to take attention and buy right away.
1. Order a copy of the book at Amazon
2. Send a copy of your Amazon receipt to the email address
3. In return you get your bonus gifts
With this formula at least three parties are happy and contented with the results.
- The Buyer
- The Promoter
- The Author
[and not forgetting Amazon]
