that it has been some time since receiving your regular subscriptions, or worse still, you are not getting replies to
enquiries.
The war on Spam by Internet Service Provider
(ISP)
has resulted in them filtering out many legitimate emails. So
how do you make sure that all of your wanted mail is not
filtered away into oblivion?
All you need to do is to
follow the step by step instructions below to get your Miriadz
Cyber Times newsletter. Follow the same procedure for all other
regular subscriptions. Please note that all autoresponders
(automatic email correspondence) are sent using mail from our
domain MailA T '[miriadz] DOT /com'. The From field will show the name of the
autoresponder as 'mctnewz [AT] miriadz DOT com'.

AOL and Hotmail email addresses as they have a poor delivery rate.
DO
NOT hit the Spam button on AOL email accounts. if we receive

Business Users
If you have your own email through your own domain name you should
add the domain, miriadz.com and mail [AT]
miriadz DOT /com to your address book in your favorite email program.
Eudora Users
Double click on Eudora to
open.
Click on "Tools" from the top menu bar to open the "Filters
Wizard".
Then click "New" to open up the "Match Wizard" dialog
box.
Select "From".
Move down to select
"Contains".
Move to the next window and type "Nancy P. Redford".
Move to the next window and select "Ignore".
Skip the next two
windows.
Go to the "Action Wizard".
Then select "Transfer to" from the first
window.
Move to the next window to the right and select "Mailbox".
Move down to the next window and select "skip" the
rest.
Close the "Filters Wizard". A pop up window will
appear.
Click on "Yes" to save your new settings.
Microsoft
Outlook:
Double click to open MS
Outlook.
Click on "Tools" from the top menu bar to
open the "Rules Wizard" dialog
box.
Then click "New..."
located to the right of the dialog
box.
By default "check messages when
they arrive" should be
highlighted.
Scroll down the list of message rules and tick "from
people and distribution list"
Below this click on "people and distribution
list"
Click on "Next" to go to
the "Rule Address" dialog
box.
Click on "New Contact".
Fill in the name field as "Nancy P Redford".
In the email address field type "mail [AT] miriadz DOT
/com".Then click on "OK".
Double click on the name "Nancy P Redford".
Then "OK" and
"Finish".
Yahoo
Users: Go to your Yahoo
inbox.
Click "Mail Options".Then click "Filters".
Click on "Add Filter". Filter".
From the pull-down, located to the top row, select "From".
Enter the following email address mail [AT]
miriadz DOT /com
Scroll down to the bottom to the "Move the message to" and
select "Inbox" from the pull-down
menu. Click on the "Add Filter" button to save
settings.
All Other Email
Users:
Send a message to your Internet Service
Provider (ISP) and let them know that you want all
message from miriadz.com. They should provide you with further
details to ensure you get your messages. Remember to add [Miriadz]
DOT /com and mail [AT] miriadzDOT /com to your address book or similar to safeguard against filtering out of
your messages and newsletter.
